Small PC build Update

Web Update coming soon (mobile potentially)

This is only a small update for the PC build for optimization reasons as well as updates to the main menus (options now included). The game can be run in 1920x1080, 1280x720 or 250x250 (Quality settings are a work in progress) full screen and V-Sync added.

Please report any bugs or issues found when playing the game and I will work on them as soon as possible
